A wrongful death lawsuit filed this week in Hardin Circuit Court is seeking to recover damages for a 4-year-old boy who died last year in foster care.
Hunter Payton died May 10, 2017, in Radcliff while in the care of two foster parents. The Kentucky Medical Examiner’s Office in Louisville determined the boy died from an inflicted head injury.
