As a parent of two small children, I’m often left disheartened over the fact that we live in a neighborhood where we see very few kids playing outside. Even though there are plenty of kids that live near us, it seems like everyone is ALWAYS indoors playing video games or doing anything else but going outside and getting the vitamin D they need.
