By Eric and Heather

On February 15th 2011 our family lost everything in a house fire. CPS stepped in and asked us to do "services." We denied their offer and attempted to rebuild our lives on our own. In May 2011 we received a court order to appear and CPS removed our children on the grounds of medical neglect due to our 10 year old losing her CPAP in a fire and on false allegations of wrongfully medicating our 7 yr old from a report made in September of 2010 that we never heard about until the day of court. We have seen our children once in 45 days. We have no contact with them by phone, letters, or any other means. We are now working services. We brought it to light in court that Eric is of a native american heritage and testing should be done and the tribe should be involved but the judge refused our request. We still have not been served the court order as to why exactly the children were removed and we have had our service plan in our hands for 2 days. It has been Since May 6th that our children were removed. We are paying out of pocket for services because the caseworker is not sending out referrals. She states we have to have 3 clean drug tests in a row before she will consider referrals. Mind you, neither of us have ever done drugs a day in our lives. We are lost and confused as to where to go from here. Our 4 children suffer from a wide range of disabilities and struggle daily without the involvement of this agency and now 3 out of 4 are in foster care and the 3 in care are seperated from each other. We struggle daily with the seperation from our children and we have each other but our children are alone and scared and confused. Our 16 yr old is with us but he is very angry at being seperated from his siblings. Our family has lost everything in a fire and now we have lost each other. We need help and do not know where to go.

Sincerely,

Eric and Heather

Some states require you to verbally inform the other party that you will record phone conversations if you plan to submit it as legal evidence. Consult your local District Attorney to find out how your state handles recordings of phone conversation submitted as legal evidence. They may even be able to provide guidelines you can use to record phone conversations in the future.

I highly recommend recording everyone involved if it is legal within your state. It has proven invaluable here in Arizona as Parents record CPS workers, case managers, physicians and other professionals. Arizona is a “one-party consent” state. This means that as long as one party in the conversations knows then recording is ok.
Some parent’s actually have recordings of doctors and CPS workers threatening them.

I am your community social worker, I am a lying Mother Fucker!
I will smile for you, when you open the door,
but once inside, I'll be slick as a whore!
I will tell you exactly what you want to hear,
I'll tell you i want to help you, i'll tell you i care.
But back to my office, i'll run like a rat,but not to fast, for i am ugly and fat!
I will make up some lies, and untruths too,
no one will question me, no one but you.
And who are u to question me?.i am not accountable to anybody!
I have to much power for my own good,
I took your children, cause i knew i could!
I will abuse my authority, to laugh in ur face,
but when around others,i will act real nice!
society thinks ,i'm here to help you and ur kids,
when in fact, i'm so jealous, i need to take meds!
I take my meds, cause my life is so pathetic,
and to watch you in misery, makes me ecstatic!
And i feel so much better, when watching ur pain
why................because your loss is my gain!
It gives me a tingle, deep in my crotch, I then tighten my belt, another notch!
I am not even sorry, for hurting you and others,
you'd think i'd be ashamed, steeling babies from their mothers!
But it is now that i start, to feel a Lil scared,
because if parents unite, they'll be a force to be feared
If parents unite, they will have their day,
then no more tricks, i shall play!
I never thought, that the poor and proud,
would fight back, with voices so loud!
Oh forgive me dear parents, for all my lies and shit!
I really thought, that i would get away with it!
so back to my gutter, like a rat ,i shall scurry,
for when im found out, i know i'll be sorry!!

Richland County Children Services and the business of "legal kidnapping "

I am a mother located in mansfield ohio , something is very wrong in children services here , in short , they illegally took a 4 month old baby , or rather told a paternal grandmother not to return the child from akron ohio on a routine weekend visit without ANY authority to do so mother went w/o seeing , hearing getting a txt from anybody regarding her child , no court date , no paperwork or orders removing child from the home and mother was never found unfit or unsuitable . Workers from the agency have perjured themselves on stand with the court citing that it was highly disappointed with the testimony of 2 agency workers . The agency has "lost" paperwork advocated for this particular child to be placed elsewhere with NO REASONING or evidence as to why , I have court evidence of the deciding investigator fraternizing with the grandmother after hours basically saying she will do what she has to to ensure that the courts rule in favor of grandma , although mother has committed no wrongdoing . I have evidence of them breaking the law , this agency is to protect children not to disenfranchise the parents that do right by their children , the director of RCCSB is Randy Parker who is very elusive and refuses to speak on the case , even with county commisioners , I know this because I am the mother in question . I have also spent thousands of dollars , given up my college education , sanity , and sleep tp figure out what is going on by means of corruption in this agency. RCCSB has recently dismissed my case that took my child out of my care citing not having any evidence to have done what that did , and my child is STILL not in my care , I have never done anything wrong and the agency has not once tried to rectify itself , I am afraid these legal kidnappings are all too often and the taxpayers who fund these agencies are unaware , I have been through grievance , upon grievance to no avail , people need to be aware of what goes on in these systems why are we failing these children these families and WHO do you tell when you have fallen victim? . I am allotted weekend visits for a child I NEVER was found to have done ANYTHING wrong to , parents rights' are paramount to the rights of anyone ... this is a sick injustice that is kept too quiet and these agencies need to be held responsible when they break up homes and lives in err , whether it be due to incompetent workers , policies , discrimination , or flatout corruption , we are failing families and horribly . thank you for your time .

I have 4 (16,14,13,9) wonderful girls that are in care, 2 of them have MAJOR INTELLECTUAL DISABILITYS (16,14y/o) and 9 year old MILD INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY and a main stream (13 y/o) my older kids have been incare since 2002, when my 9 y/o was 2 weeks old, FOR 2 WEEKS VOLUNTERARY TEMPERARY CARE, (What a joke) they got sexually malestested in care, DOCS tryed to accuse natural family, they still tell the kids to say things, Like that they remember mum and and daddy doing unbelievable sickning things like sticking sticks in their bums ect, kids that couldnt even remeber what the did yesterday. My 9 year old was taken straight from school june 09, After being in my care since 2002, with no reports or concerns from DOCS, with docs only leaving a card at my doors saying dont pick your daughter up before calling us, They came back to my house, and said that "S" will not be coming home, she will be going to stay with her sisters, For she disclosed that her dad had sexually abused her, at access.(i was in tears, they said that its noting I did, It has to be investigated, before you can see her, ( what aload of shit) I called docs before giving her father unsupervised access and I wanted them to supervise access due to concerns i had with with him, having unsupervised access and they forced me to give him access, due to being her bio father. not know what my concerns were, (HE HAS MULTI PERSONAILITY DISORDER, AND PARANIOR SCITZAPHRINIC, BIPOLO ETC) From the day they took her from school to the day I first saw her it was 8weeks, they gave me 3 x 1 hour access over 3 weeks then they stopped me from seeing for over 12months, without explaination, and they bought out my legal rep and got their order for access 3 times a years for min of 1hr in the office, with my 9 year old and the other 3 girls could come if they wanted to. Docs think that the girls know what the consequences of what docs tell them to say, eg, say that you dont want to see mum any more, (BULLSHIT, ITS BRAIN WASHING, AND THEY ARE ALIANATING MY KIDS AGAINEST ME.WHY CAUSE THEY FUCKED UP.) There is no justice, mY 9 Y/O was told to think that she was at mums, before she went to sleep so she would cry herself to sleep... (THIS IS MENTAL ABUSE AND DOCS GET AWAY WITH IT..)

But the latest news is that the mother, Loyda Rodriguez Morales, has essentially won her case. CNN reported on Monday that the Guatemalan government had ordered the girl returned, and that because it was considered a case of human trafficking, would call Interpol to enforce the order if the adoptive parents didn't comply. According to Erin Seigal, a fellow at the Schuster Institute for Investigative Journalism at Brandeis University who's been covering the case closely, that's an unprecedented move in the world of international adoptions.

The Flame Wars

Earlier today my doorbell rang, causing the instantaneous panic attack known as Doorbell PTSD, a common disorder caused by unwarranted CPS investigations where the person panics when they're not expecting a visitor who comes knocking. I opened the door, there were two old men with their Bibles in hand coming to share the word of the Jehovah's Witness. The guy asked me the following question: Why do you think there are so many problems in the world? He elaborated for a few seconds and if I get the gist of what he was saying, he wanted to know why I thought there was violence, drug use, family breakdown, and a host of other social problems.

What an annoyance, I thought. So I politely answered his question to the best of my ability explaining that: "People are stupid and the human race is like a large group of small children all put into the sandbox together being told to share one single toy."

Then I politely sent them on their way. Sort of like what I'm gonna do with the Flame Warriors and trolls that are popping up on Facebook, calling themselves family rights activists or rather the bad kids who can't play nice in the sandbox and just want to pick fights with whoever comes along. Because they too are nothing but a minor annoyance, and giving them the attention that they seek only fuels the fire. It also causes problems like nothing changing, nothing getting accomplished, and nothing but more idiots joining in.

The reason I am writing this is because many people have contacted me in support since this John Doe AKA John Anderson guy decided to advertise his ongoing flame war in the small and might I add, usually friendly Facebook group which I started a while back. Since then, nothing bad has happened with the exception of his small group of trolls tooting their horns and playing their games. My friends list has grown, people have continued to post their links and do their thing. So really they have done nothing but make themselves look stupid and piss a few others off in the process.

From what I can see, the guy has some sort of a personality disorder (keen grasp of the obvious, I know). He's apparently making fake accounts under the names of others with all kinds of accusations. I've heard this and I've read that, I've heard all kinds of things that I don't want to repeat on this blog out of respect for my readers. Nor am I going to give him much of my attention, as my focus will not be diverted and Legally Kidnapped will continue to move forward and continue to expose the Child Protective Industry for what it is.

Fortunately most, not all, but most of my readers act like adults who want real change and reform. They see the kind of harm that can come to their efforts by engaging in such petty and immature drives to expose every advocate who won't join their war or has any perceived affiliations with whoever it is that they don't like.

You know, I've been around for a while. I've seen lots of these Flame Wars over the last few years. Some have raged on forever. My favorite has been going on in Usenet for probably 10 years where the same small group attacks each other with the same crap over and over again. It still continues on to this day and these people have accomplished nothing and I often think it continues because they simply have nothing better to do.

So what is a flame war? Wikipedia puts it like this:
Flaming, also known as bashing, is hostile and insulting interaction between Internet users. Flaming usually occurs in the social context of an Internet forum, Internet Relay Chat (IRC), Usenet, by e-mail, game servers such as Xbox Live or Playstation Network, and on video-sharing websites. It is frequently the result of the discussion of heated real-world issues such as politics, sports, religion, and philosophy, or of issues that polarise subpopulations, but can also be provoked by seemingly trivial differences.

Deliberate flaming, as opposed to flaming as a result of emotional discussions, is carried out by individuals known as flamers, who are specifically motivated to incite flaming. These users specialize in flaming and target specific aspects of a controversial conversation, and are usually more subtle than their counterparts.
Their counterparts are known as trolls who are less "professional" and write obvious and blunt remarks to incite a flame war, as opposed to the more subtle, yet precise flamers.[1] Some websites even cater for flamers and trolls, by allowing them a free environment, such as Flame-Wars forum.[2]
Now the problem with the trolls is that they don't make any sense. They present a logical fallacy in what would be otherwise productive arguments, known as an Ad Hominem, which Wikipedia describes like this:
"Personal attacks"

An ad hominem (Latin: "to the man"), short for argumentum ad hominem, is an attempt to link the truth of a claim to a negative characteristic or belief of the person advocating it. The ad hominem is normally described as a logical fallacy, but it is not always fallacious; in some instances, questions of personal conduct, character, motives, etc., are legitimate and relevant to the issue.
Saying that "So and so did this or that" does not solve the problems of Child Protective Services stealing and selling your children.

All the flame wars do is divert us from our purpose. They make us choose sides against one another. They keep us divided. Engaging will make you look just as stupid as they are.
