I have a friend in Montana who has been fighting for her kids for 7 years, almost 8 years. The state of Montana is telling her she can not say in court that she plans to return home where her family, friends, and a multitude of support are. They are telling her she HAS to sign over the rights to her son in order to get her daughters back. But before she can get her daughters back, she has to go through a treatment plan. She has passed all the treatment plans they have given her too so far. Everytime that she has planned to move back to her home state of Iowa, she always loses her kids again. They are keeping her in the state against her will, and she will not leave without her kids. I need help on how to get someone to fight with her against the state of Iowa. Her dad in Iowa has sent her a list of laws that the state of Montana have broken in her case and the list keeps getting bigger. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!
