Labor Dept: Gosselin Kids Aren't Being "Unlawfully Exploited"

Despite recent complaints from State Rep. Thomas Murt, the reality kids' work permits to appear on TLC's Kate Plus 8 are legal and valid -- so says Pennsylvania's Department of Labor and Industry.
