‘Spank a child, land in jail’
A whole range of forms of physical and verbal abuse to discipline a child, including spanking that most Filipino parents have become accustomed to doing, will soon be grounds for the detention of guilty parents and for the suspension of their parental authority over their children.
Note: Yeah! Give them Ritalin instead!
Gahhh i could scream when I hear that "a Range of Forms of Physical abuse...that parents have been accustomed to are now grounds for detention of the guilty parties" instead of "a range of physical actions have been customary in this country are now called abusive and will subject to punishment the PARTIES who practice it."
