I've got a better idea what they can do with this money...why don't they give it to parents to help them out rather than removing their children. They're not going to do it but in the long run, it would do more good there than anywhere else. I mean shouldn't the goal of CPS be to keep families together rather than tear them apart? This tells me that CPS agencies there removed way too many children and that's why there's such a huge surplus. Give it to the families where it will do the most good!
