Police: No Charges for Foster Child Death

Police: No Charges for Foster Child Death

Metro Police say they will not file charges in the case of a three-year-old boy who died in foster care. Crews responded late Tuesday night to a local home after the foster mother found the child, Adrian Madrid, unconscious in his room with a plastic bag over his head. The child was rushed to Sunrise Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. At a news conference today, Metro Lt. Ray Steiber said the mother will not face charges, calling the incident "accidental." The boy and his two siblings had reportedly been in the care of the foster mother for eight months.

It's amazing how fast the cops can arrive at that conclusion when they know in advance that if it ain't an accident, the State foots the bill.

Line up 10 3 year olds and put plastic bags over their heads, and see how fast they get it off.

Unless this kid was a paraplegic and the foster mother lined the crib with a plastic sheet, no way did this kid just sit there as he suffocated.

Cops have a license to kill. Unfortunately, so do foster parents.

    It's such pure bullshit!
