Trial delayed in foster girl’s abuse death

A Marion Superior Court judge today delayed an Indianapolis man’s trial in the abuse death of 3-year-old TaJanay Bailey.

The girl died in November, less than a month after the state Department of Child Services had sent her home for a trial reunification, along with her younger brother.
