Developmentally Disabled Teen Arrested for Molestation
Police think it happened at a home on Pino Way in Paso Robles. The woman who cares for the boy called police. Social Services won't confirm if he's her foster son or adopted son. She said the teen had molested the young girl at the home. KCOY CBS 12 has learned she's the woman's biological granddaughter.
