Ghosts of news stories past

I hadn’t been in my new position as news director at a two-station radio group in Rome, Ga. for even a year when the case of Kenneth Baldwin grabbed the headlines. Official police investigations soon followed, leading Baldwin to his eventual arraignment in court before a local jurist who had the reputation of being a “hanging” style of judge.
